Bob’s wife, Megan, teaches Educational Leadership at the College of William & Mary and also works with
LifeTrek Coaching. Thanks to their weekly electronic newsletter, LifeTrek Provisions, which goes to
more than 52,000 people in 141 countries around the world, LifeTrek's clients include a wide variety of
people from all walks of life. Although each client is unique, they share a common theme: they all want to
improve their life and work.
Bob works with his clients over the telephone and the Internet, and he sees this as a kind of “virtual
congregation.” Though he loves the “virtual congregation,” it doesn’t offer all of the opportunities for
ministry, as the body of Christ united in mission. So several years ago, Bob approached Wellspring with a
vision to bring LifeTrek coaching to our congregation. He wanted to honor his ordination through
employing his coaching in service of the church.
Bob is here to help each of us to grow to God’s potential. Bob is a great addition to our staff, assisting us
to fulfill God's mission: to care ... as Jesus cares.

Bob, an ordained United Church of Christ minister, made the transition
from parish ministry to professional coaching in 1998. He has founded
and leads his own company, LifeTrek Coaching International.
